I always thought, that as a University Town like Boulder, we could be “ABLE” to solve this HORRIFFIC Problem Ourselves?
Wondering of course, how much Money we spend for this Service?
I am sure, that WE could have figured it out right here?
I happen to know a Consulting Firm on the Moon, who would be very reasonable?
