I to have witnessed this practice by many Boulder residents and I’m horrified that ANYONE could think this is an intelligent option for their dog, especially on a hot day. The issue of dogs in hot cars, I probably have reported 10 in the last 2 summers always at the grocery store parking lots or the 24 hour fitness parking lot.There should be huge fines for these “dog lovers”. Don’t get me started on dogs in the back of pick-ups….ugh.
