Let me get this right……
First the City of Boulder “staffers” hoodwink City Council into approving a $880K study to “help them” decide if a proposed $150 Million dollar electric grid is feasible for our fair city (who needs Xcel, they already have the grid in place and are just one of the most progressive renewable utilities in the US).
Now the same staffers suggest the taxpayers allow the City of Boulder to utilize Unlimited Bonds to pursue such absurdity and only Councilman Matt Appelbaum is “somewhat skeptical”. Of course everyone in America is up in arms over the Federal Deficit. Sounds like we in Boulder are feeling left out and now must create our own, to be sure our fair city continues its eccentric if not bizarre behavior on a almost regular basis.
Am I the only one besides Councilman Matt who is somewhat skeptical??
