In these times of economic hardship, we are fortunate to have Jeff Ilseman as a candidate to represent us in House District 12. As a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point with a distinguished career in the high tech sector, Jeff Ilseman has the kind of leadership abilities we need at the state capitol.
We can’t afford to have someone like Matt Jones, who appears to have little or no practical business experience, and whose answer to job creation is government-subsidized building weatherization programs. Matt Jones is a typical politician whose policies expand the role of government in our lives and enhance the power of the political elite. He is the quintessential redistributive Santa Claus.
Matt Jones’ profligate instincts are illustrated by the fact that he has found it necessary to spend ten times more on his campaign than Jeff Ilseman (92K versus 9.2K). In contrast, Jeff Ilseman understands fiscal responsibility and will respect our pocketbooks. Rather than expand the size and scope of government bureaucracy with borrowed money, Jeff Ilseman will take steps to revitalize our entrepreneurial private sector and will have a sound economic approach to critical budget issues. For the economic health of our state, I urge you to join me in voting for Jeff Ilseman.
