What is it that distinguishes Boulder County from other parts of Colorado? What is it that makes this place special? The reason our towns and cities are consistently cited on all of the “best of” lists is our commitment to open space. Boulder County’s open space program has provided us with unparalleled recreational opportunities, protection of important natural areas, and perpetuation of rural buffers between communities. The forethought of Boulder County citizens who have voted for sales taxes in the past has made this possible. Let’s take advantage of the opportunity to acquire gems of undeveloped property that will perpetuate this tradition and leave a legacy for future generations. VOTE YES ON 1B!
