I encourage anyone to call him to give feedback regarding abuse of power from any Boulder police officer. Officer Yamaguchi also receives compliments to the Boulder police force, or an individual officer. Asking for a business card of an officer allows definite identification.
It took me 4 months to carry out the undesired task to report a frightening encounter with a Boulder Police officer. I was ultimately received in a respectful, fair, understanding manner. Difficult as it was, I’m glad I reported – I hope never to go through that again.
