To the Editor, Sacred Heart of Jesus banned a pre-schooler because his parents are gay. Didn’t Jesus say, “suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for to such belongs the kingdom of God?” He didn’t say all the children except those of gay parents. What kind of Christianity punishes a pre-schooler for a judgment of his parents’ behavior? What kind of Christianity subtly teaches pre-schoolers that a classmate is somehow not wanted because his parents’ love is judged unacceptable?
