I am asking the public to consider driving more efficient cars. It is horrible to continue to pollute our world by having big cars that are constantly needing gas. Everyone is always saying how much they want to save the world, and make a change. Let this wish come true by having an efficient car. People could really make a change.
First, with an efficient car, drivers won’t have to always stop for gas. This is because efficient cars don’t need as much gas to run! They can go on much longer without needing fuel. Secondly, the people won’t have to depend on other countries as much for oil. With efficient cars, oil would not be needed as much. There wouldn’t be as much energy security. Wouldn’t you like to live in an independent country? Third, the big rumble of less efficient cars will disappear! These cars will be quieter. Efficient cars are so smooth, that you would never have to hear that groan and roar of a big car again!
Some people might say that they enjoy having big cars that are safer and more protective even though they are less efficient. I would agree completely, except that with efficient cars, there won’t be any big cars on the roads, so it will be safer. Also, some people might say they enjoy bigger cars because they have big trunks to carry big equipment and other large things. Well, with an efficient car, you could still have a big trunk for big things, just not a big area in the car. Wouldn’t you rather have a smaller car and save the world, than a bigger car, and trash the world? Please think about my idea, I am sure if you decide to say “yes”, you will not regret it!
