It’s now been 2 months that I have been bringing in a large, empty dijan-mustard container to Nick-N-Willy’s Pizza Restaurant on Pearl Street. The owner Willy, gave me the jar and suggested he fill it with the dressing I love, because I was purchasing 10 little plastic salad-dressing containers every couple of days. He thought it would be more green and convenient to fill up a large jar for the salad-dressing and I could bring the jar back and forth to the restaurant for refills. I am a serious salad connoisseur and was willing to buy all the small containers of dressing because his home-made dressings are some of the best in Boulder. Nick-N-Willy’s offers excellent quality food but I will be a customer for life because of Willy’s graciousness and customer service. An established, local restaurant can offer this kind of quality service. Thank you, Willy!!
