During the Sunday afternoon ceremony we will present to the city the sesquicentennial quilt panels, a bronze plaque to be installed along the Boulder Creek Path commemorating the Aug. 8 Arapaho Sand Creek Massacre Spiritual Healing Run, and a special plaque commemorating Boulder’s 150th anniversary celebration.
Joining in the week-end’s celebration will be Historic Boulder and Boulder History Museum.
Historic Boulder’s annual house tour, this year entitled Sesquicentennial Homes for the Holidays, features six homes from historic to contemporary representing various eras of Boulder’s history. It’s boutique at the Millennium will feature antiques, crafts, ornaments and homemade foods as well as house tour ticket sales.
Boulder History Museum celebrates and invites you to its annual Winterfest and Gingerbread House contest on Sunday afternoon also at the Millennium
