Everybody who has a driver’s license knows that a blinking yellow light means “Slow down-then proceed with caution.. “ A blinking red light means “Stop-then proceed with caution.” It might be prudent to determine exactly what we want the cars to do when they approach a blinking crosswalk and then change the bulbs accordingly.
