Dear readers,
I just wanted to let you know that I have decided to run, walk, climb and crawl towards the election for City Council in November of 2009.
I will give you full details of my positions at a later time but feel someone needs to stand up against the developments that have transpired these last several years, to really move toward a real progressive change, not just talk, smoke and mirrors.
I am currently in Wales training hard for the campaign, walking 186 miles on the southern Pembrokshire coastal path,
watching Wimbledon and studying the reflexes, speed and power necessary for victory!
I#m Playing quite a lot of ping pong in the garage with my nephews and watching wild birds on the islands off the coast.
Soon, I’ll be on an island in Greece, testing my limits in holding my breath underwater. This should help sustain me in the election as I listen to the miscreants/candidates tell their constituents what they want to hear and then act unnacordingly.
It’s quite sad to see some wonderful organizations who are trying to protect Boulder, save it from the Chamber of Commerce, the realtors and speculators… but then choose to support whomever might win in hopes of having some influence in Council and City Management.
As well, I have plans to make a documentary of the whole campaign and all the candidates.
It should be quite a comedy.
Anyone interested in participating in the video project please contact me at sethbrigham@gmail.com and you can be part of the election and the aftermath, the making of a documentary.
Wishing you all well as I’ve heard it is still raining while the coast of Wales has been unusually hot, though, today, rain has finally come.
Yes! A hard rain is gonna fall!
I’ll be back in late July to make a formal announcement in the Council Chambers.
Save Our City! Vote! Seth For City Council in 2009 !
Love to all,
Seth Brigham
